Gone Til Winter
Five-piece band from Manchester formed in Oct 2001. Band comprises of Talena Smith (vocals) Jonathan Gruzelier (guitar) Mami Ichikawa (keyboard) Joe Thomas (bass guitar) and Nat Taylor (drums). Their music fuses 'elements of melodic heavy metal and atmospheric goth influences'.

Bethan Marshall
20 year old Singer/ songwriter from Warrington. Bethan has been singing as long as she can remember and has been influenced by music of the church. She has performed at various open mic sessions but The Resolution Records Showcase will be her biggest event yet.

Simon Palmer
21 year old solo artist based in Warrington, who will be accompanied by a band at the showcase. Simon tells us he takes influences from Ocean Colour Scene to Hendrix. According to his manager, he is ‘a kaleidoscope of sound in the highest order'.

J'Nay
J’nay is a 24 year old singer/songwriter from London. He has been passionate about music since the age of 4 and has regularly performed since the age of 12. The highlights of his singing career so far have been: winning MOBO unsung 2003, supporting Jamelia on tour in May 2004 and working with prolific producers such as Guy Chambers and Lamont Dozier.
